By accessing and using StudySphere, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

StudySphere is a productivity and study management platform that provides a 3D focus environment, task generation, and social features including live chat and leaderboards. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use

StudySphere includes public and social features such as Live Chat and Leaderboards. Users must adhere to the following guidelines:

• No harassment, abuse, discriminatory behavior, or hate speech.
• No spamming, phishing, or unauthorized self-promotion.
• No sharing of inappropriate, adult, or illegal content.
• No impersonation of other users, moderators, or StudySphere staff.
• No attempts to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform's services.

You are solely responsible for the content you share on the platform. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor communications and remove any content we deem inappropriate. Violations of these guidelines may result in a temporary ban, loss of XP, or permanent account termination without prior notice at the discretion of our moderation team.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its original content, 3D assets, logos, and features, are and will remain the exclusive property of StudySphere and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

StudySphere is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the service or the information and materials provided. You expressly agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
